The climate and energy crisis, inflation and more difficult capital allocation are influencing the property market.
As a Viennese real estate agency with a focus on rarities, old buildings and prime locations, we have been established on the domestic property market since 2005. Contrary to some recent media reports, which predict stagnating or even falling prices, we have a different perspective.
As professional market players, we see that high-quality properties in sought-after locations are in high demand and that prices are stable, especially in the current situation. In fact, they have been and continue to be one of the safest and most attractive long-term investment opportunities.
But what makes a desirable location? Basically, good locations can be found in all districts of Vienna, for example, including the so-called "micro-locations", i.e. individual charming streets, squares, markets or even special Wilhelminian style buildings. Due to the current concentration of demand in such locations, prices are expected to rise further. In this respect, they have always offered long-term stability and potential for appreciation.
Thanks to our long-standing cooperation with unique business partners, we have been able to offer and successfully broker many first-class properties and rarities, such as listed palaces, stud farms, imposing Art Nouveau villas, penthouse flats, classic old Viennese buildings with charm or sophisticated factory lofts of various sizes in prime locations.
